Huon Connections
Disability Support and More
Hi, I'm Angus.
I started Huon Connections because I believe disability support should be personal, flexible and built on genuine relationships. Over the past ten years I've worked in disability, mental health, aged care and remote Aboriginal communities, supporting people with a wide range of goals and experiences.
I enjoy helping people get out into the community, learn practical skills, spend time outdoors and build confidence in everyday life. Whether we're exploring the Huon Valley, working in the garden, or simply having a coffee and a chat, my goal is to provide support that feels relaxed, respectful and centred around what matters most to you.

What we offer
Independent disability support focused on connection, choice, and independence. We provide personalised support to help people build confidence, develop life skills, engage with their community, and achieve the goals that matter most.
We provide reliable yard maintenance tailored to your needs, including lawn mowing, weeding, pruning, planting, garden care, and general outdoor upkeep. Whether you prefer us to take the lead or work alongside you, we focus on creating safe, enjoyable outdoor spaces while building practical skills and independence.
As Huon Connections grows, we hope to offer accredited training and practical skill-based learning, including individualised disability support and basic yard maintenance. Our vision is to create meaningful opportunities for participants to develop confidence, gain recognised qualifications, and build skills for everyday life and future employment.
